50 minute Small group strength training.
5 minute warm up
40 minute full body strength training. Exercises will be demonstrated as you go, with small groups of 2-3 people alternating exercises. You will always have help and guidance. No experience required.
5 minute finisher- active full length muscle movement for blood flow and recovery
