Hatha Yoga is the base for most all yoga practices, referring to asanas or poses practiced. This class is taught at a slow pace with focus on the breath to create a relaxed yoga experience. It can be a good start for beginners, cues will be given to ease or expand the poses as we go, so you can pick your level that day.
Our goal is to connect with our breath, body and mind. Join me on Tuesday nights as we venture into our yoga practice and find what out what each pose has to offer!

This class is provided for free to all who have been affected by cancer in their lives, whether you are a caretaker or survivor. Class will be a Gentle Flow of poses with modifications given to make them accessible for the entire class. Mats, props like bolsters and blocks are available to use. Class is held Thursday at 10am in the River Valley FMC Campus in Activity Room 2, ask the front desk for directions.

Gentle Flow 530pm Thursday evenings. Join us for beginners flow, a yoga class focused on the basics, with a flow of movements and poses.
We will be joining breath with movement, work on improving flexibility and balance. All needed props are provided for class.

Warm Flow is a slow flow yoga class, the room will be warm to soften the muscles as we move through the poses. The
class is taught at a slow to
moderate pace so you have
time to get into safe alignment
and enjoy the pose. Appropriate for all levels, modifications will be provided to allow each participant to choose their level that day. We will finish with a relaxing savasana so you feel refreshed at the end!
