Brahmana: Uplift & Energize

Using Brahmana, an energetic quality that can be cultivated through yoga practice; it is uplifting and energizing (in a nourishing way, not like an energy drink). We use standing postures and the breath to gently lift the energy in the body, leaving us feeling a bit more alive, awake, and refreshed.
