In this video we practice dance - meditation. This video contains only the warming up.

In dance - meditation we have some different categories/stages. First there is the warm up where we shift our attention towards our body and mind. Just a moment to acknowledge ourselves.
After the warming up we go more into detail on specific parts for example: breathing, visualization, music, inside camera, ... etc.
