About Angharad Allsop
I discovered yoga in 2019, during a time when I was struggling with burnout and anxiety. Yoga became my lifeline, a safe space where I could release stress and reconnect with myself. Unlike other forms of exercise that left me feeling self-conscious, yoga gave me a space where I had nothing to prove. It allowed me to slow down, connect with my breath, and truly be present.
In 2021, I completed my yoga teacher training in Greece, which deepened my spiritual practice and helped me adopt a holistic approach to life. For me, yoga is more than just physical postures; it’s a way of living. My practice has become a guiding force, helping me trust the path ahead, navigate challenges, and always return to my centre.
The most rewarding part of my journey has been the connection and community yoga has brought into my life. I love guiding others and seeing the practice have the same effect on them as it did me.
My classes are creative and fun, with a focus on helping students release external comparisons and find joy and peace in their practice. I love meeting new people and creating a welcoming space where everyone feels connected and supported on their yoga journey.
