Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of asanas. The practice cultivates balance, increases strength, flexibility and stamina. Sweat expels toxins and re-energizes the body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing cultivates presence, calms the mind, reduces stress and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body. Although this class can be intense, it could also be practiced by beginners.
