Description
In this class, we practice the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga sequence in a guided format, moving together as a group. How far we go in the sequence depends on the group’s experience and energy. The class may focus on the foundational postures (the basics), progress to Half Primary, or explore the full Primary Series.
Through synchronized breath and movement (vinyasa), we cultivate strength, flexibility, and focus. This class is open to all levels, as modifications and guidance are provided to support your practice, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced student.
