Ashtanga Mysore Cancelled
3 April 2025 •
17:00 - 19:00
Kraijenhoffstraat 135-B

Description
DOORS OPEN 17:00
PLEASE ARRIVE BETWEEN 17:00 AND 17:30
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO COMPLETE YOUR PRACTICE INCL. SAVASANA BY 18:30 / 19:00
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga can be highly energizing, so practicing at a slower, more mindful pace is encouraged in the evenings. We strongly advise against practicing on consecutive sessions—for example, avoid practicing Tuesday evening followed by Wednesday morning, or Thursday evening followed by Friday morning. This approach allows for proper rest and supports a balanced practice.
While morning Mysore practice is the traditional approach, we understand that it may not be feasible for everyone. To support dedicated long-term members, we are introducing a half program (Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday) as an additional option. Evening sessions can be booked with a Monthly or Yearly Membership. We encourage new students to first join the full morning program to experience the practice as it is meant to be.
This is a guided self-practice class. The teacher provides hands-on adjustments. Please read the Mysore Etiquette on our website.
RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
- Always reserve your spot before coming to class.
- Stay alert for emails; while rare, classes may be cancelled up to 2 hours in advance if there are not enough registrations.
- If you can’t attend, please cancel your reservation at least 2 hours before class begins. Ideally, cancel the night before to give others on the waiting list a chance to join.
- Not showing up after signing up is disrespectful to both the teacher and other practitioners. Please be considerate.
- A dog is always present in the shala. If this is an issue for you, we kindly ask that you find another place to practice.
- Minimum 2 participants required for evening sessions to take place.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION!
