Join Kat and Amy this Valentines for our partner yoga event! What does Partner Yoga mean? Partner yoga is a style of asana practice in which two people support each other in poses in a way that enhances the postures and builds trust and communication. Working with a partner provides balance in a pose while establishing and maintaining proper body alignment.
Learn simple partner and flying yoga postures that join together modalities of bodywork, gravitational traction, partner yoga asana, concentration and breath. Grounded in principles of physics, trust and surrender, partner and flying yoga liberate the body and free your soul.

You don't need to practice yoga or know acrobatics, just have a desire to learn something new and PLAY!
