In this day-long workshop we will integrate yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and study, blending detailed physical alignment with practices to help you calm the mind.

You will learn to settle your mind, find space in your breathing, and establish a restorative meditation practice.

Join Kat "MaDhyana" Kelly and Karen Simcik for a one-day workshop of practice and discussion, to gain a better understanding of the aspects of, and connections between yoga postures and meditation practice.
