Description
Connect to your breath, body, and mind in this slow flow yoga class. Increase circulation, mobilize joints and explore your range of motion intentionally to move inward and feel how the postures unfold. We will close our one-hour movement practice with a fifteen-minute yoga nidra, a visualization technique to encourage a state of deep relaxation and conscious awareness.
