Let's get spooky and create some real Halloween magic with the October 28 hunter full moon. With it being Halloween weekend, we are going to shake things up for this event by combining the full moon ceremony and Halloween party! We will provide hot tea, cider, spiked punch, and treats to share. Feel free to bring a dish to pass for the potluck and dress in costume! We will also be having a pumpkin carving contest so bring a pumpkin if you would like to participate! Winner will receive a 5-class yoga pass!
The Full moon offers an opportunity to sit in the fullness of your life. It is a time to feel deep gratitude for the many blessings you have and experience. It is also a powerful time to recommit yourself to the projects and relationships that mean the most to you. During our full moon practice, we will manifest magic with intention setting, meditation, and full moon sequence. Karen will provide her sound bowls and gong meditation during savasana!
