We set intentions during the new moon on November 13. Now is the time with the full moon to manifest our intentions.
The Full Moon of November 2023 brings the Beaver Moon with it. These diligent animals have begun their annual ritual of preparing for Winter. Their spiritual meaning reminds us it’s time to say goodbye to Autumn and welcome the coming of Winter. It’s okay to let go of the past and move forward toward new dreams.
We will use the heightened level of the full moon to move the body with the full moon sequence. We will end class with a gong and sound bath meditation. Stay after for social hour and manifestation project!
