Join the crew at Bay Area Yoga Center for a Winter Solstice Celebration!
5:00 pm Ace Champion with play ancient native flute and drums. All are welcome to attend the music prior to practice for an optional donation.
5:45 pm Kat Kelly will kick things off with a fiery yoga flow practice bringing the heat to the darkest and coldest day of the year! Live music will also be performed during this session!
6:45 pm We will then take our energy inward with a slower yoga flow complete with sound bowl meditation.
7:15 pm We will cap the evening off with a winter fire for community and peace. We will write intentions, letting go of what needs to be left behind in 2023 and focusing on new goals for 2024 that we'll burn in the fire!
Complimentary beverages will be provided.
All are welcome to attend the music prior to practice at an optional donation. $40 if you choose to stay for practice. All are welcome to attend social hour after practice at no additional cost and can just simply pop over for the fire to follow practice!
