Description

Join Ingrid in embracing the friendship of women through dancing and rhythm. Class will begin starting in a circle finding breath. We will then create slow movements to begin, finding rhythm, building the movement prior to full expression. Verbal que and instruction will be given to create unison working together to find the rhythm.
By tapping into the internal rhythm that each individual possesses, Ingrid seeks to enhance each students' experience, promoting a deeper connection to oneself and the present moment.
Her approach highlights the transformative power of rhythmic movement in yoga, showcasing how it can not only strengthen the body but also quiet the mind, leading to a more profound sense of presence and well-being. By embracing a rhythmic movement, we cultivate physical awareness and mental resilience, ultimately creating a meditative experience.
