This celestial spectacle graces the skies on May 23, known as the Flower Moon. Radiant in its full illumination, it coincides with the Sun's presence in Gemini (May 21-June 20). Rising in the sign of Sagittarius, this full moon heralds uplifting, enlightening, and fortunate influences. It's a time for breakthroughs, unexpected blessings, and stimulating philosophical exchanges. Class will be held on WEDNESDAY, May 22 at 6:30 pm. The full moon invites us to create balance between its two opposing energies (Gemini and Sagittarius) and to bring to fruition the intentions set during the new moon on May 7. We will move the body with expression cultivating all that we wish to manifest over the course of the next month. Karen will play sound bowls during the session and end with her wonderful gong meditation.
After practice we will be making flower crowns as our manifestation project!
