This class is designed to introduce the more subtle aspects of the yoga practice .You will be introduced to and practice the core principles of dristi (gazing), bhandas (the root locks) and the practice of pranayama (breathing). These principles will be introduced while practicing gentle yoga postures and as separate practices and principles off the yoga mat.
