In this class, participants will learn the fundamentals of hula hooping & basics of hoop dance for adults! From mastering basic waist hooping to incorporating more advanced tricks and techniques, students will discover essential elements to build a strong foundation for an enjoyable hoop dance practice. Learn how to waist, chest & hand hoop, as well as beginner friendly tricks like weaves, isolations, escalators and so much more! Stretchy, form fitting attire is recommended. Feel free to bring a hoop if you have one otherwise hoops will be provided! Come join us and spin, twirl, and dance in a whole new way! Spots are limited to 12 participants, $16 drop in. Registration required.
