About Bearded Yoga Life

Yoga Journey:

In 2017, I embarked on my yoga journey, assuming it would complement my regular gym routine effortlessly. However, my first class at LA Fitness, led by an inspiring instructor, humbled me. I soon realized that yoga is not about perfect poses but a practice of self-discovery, mindfulness, and growth.

Teacher Certification:

In 2021, during the pandemic, I decided to deepen my practice and enrolled in the Online Yoga School at Yoga & Ayurveda Center. After five months of focused study and daily practice, I earned my RYT 200 certification. Nine months later, I furthered my journey by becoming a certified Ayurveda Specialist. As a teacher, I specialize in Power Yoga, blending strength, flexibility, and mobility while also offering gentle and vinyasa yoga practices.

Off the Mat:

I’m deeply involved in the community, proudly representing the Mindful Child Initiative as a board member and mindfulness instructor. Outside of teaching, I express my creativity in the kitchen and treasure quality time with family and friends, embracing the importance of connection.
