The ultimate goal of practicing yoga is to attain tranquility in the mind, body, and spirit. Come join our slow-paced beginner friendly flow where we focus on centering the mind/body/spirit through meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), and asana (physical yoga postures). This is a lovely class to learn simple breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques, beginner poses, and become comfortable with yoga. With our combination of mobility, strength, and alignment drills this flow can enhance any level of practitioner interested in developing more awareness in breath and movement.
