Move, breathe and relax to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, ease post natal aches and pains and recharge your energy. Bring baby along - classes focus on movement for mums, but include a bit of baby yoga and baby massage too, as required.

Move, breathe, relax - support your pregnancy journey with our specialist pregnancy yoga classes. Ease aches and pains, connect with baby and other local mums, prepare for labour and birth.
Suggested from 15 weeks right up until birth. Contact Kim if you wish to start sooner.
Mats, cushions and blankets are provided. Please feel free to bring anything additional you require for your comfort, and perhaps a bottle of water!

NB We are in the Annex Room - follow the path alongside the community centre. It's in between the big notice board and the clothes bank from the car park. There will be someone at the main reception who will show you around if you aren't sure!

7 week term.
These classes combine movement, breath and core strength exercises with a complete yoga Nidra practice. Move your body to release the week’s stresses and deeply relax to restore your energy. Suitable for all women: mums more than 6 months post-natal, people who have never had a baby, those with grown up babies – all are welcome!

(NB I am on-call for a birth doula client this term - if a class has to be cancelled at short notice, credit will be carried over to next term)
