Description

7 week term.
These classes combine movement, breath and core strength exercises with a complete yoga Nidra practice. Move your body to release the week’s stresses and deeply relax to restore your energy. Suitable for all women: mums more than 6 months post-natal, people who have never had a baby, those with grown up babies – all are welcome!

(NB I am on-call for a birth doula client this term - if a class has to be cancelled at short notice, credit will be carried over to next term)
