6 week term.
These classes combine movement, breath and core strength exercises with a complete yoga Nidra practice. Move your body to release the week’s stresses and deeply relax to restore your energy. Suitable for all women: mums more than 6 months post-natal, people who have never had a baby, those with grown up babies – all are welcome!
