Description
Yin yoga provides opportunity to learn more about our bodies. Slow-paced, as poses are held for a longer period as we target the deeper tissues of the body, including the fascia. Most Yin poses are performed on the floor and focus on a specific part of the body such as the hips, pelvis,and lower spine. Yin also offers us mental and emotional benefits. A very calming class.
