Designed to strengthen all muscle groups and supporting your core, this class will assist in injury prevention, balance, functional strength, and improve your fitness so you can enjoy all the activities life has to offer. Improve the health and longevity of your bones as bones are living tissues and respond very well with the use of weigh training. Fifteen minutes of stretching at the end of class makes sure you leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
