In a one-hour Pranayama and Meditation class, the first half focuses on balancing energy and promoting concentration through breathing exercises.

The instructor guides you through various pranayama techniques, which are breathing exercises. The goal is to calm the mind, increase oxygen flow, and balance the body's energy.

As you practice the breathing exercises, you begin to feel more centered and focused so we'll transition into the second half of the class, which is dedicated to meditation. You're encouraged to let go of distractions and dive deep into a state of inner stillness and peace.

Throughout the class, there's an emphasis on mindfulness and being present in the moment. By the end of the hour, you feel more grounded, relaxed, and connected to yourself. It's a nourishing experience for both the body and mind.
