Slow Flow class at sunset is a serene and grounding experience designed to help you transition smoothly from the busyness of the day into a state of relaxation.
The class begins with mindful breathing and gentle stretches to connect with the rhythm of your breath and the natural beauty of the setting sun. As the golden light softens, the flow transitions into slow, fluid movements to release tension and promote ease in the body.
The pace is unhurried, allowing you to linger in each posture, cultivating presence and a deeper awareness of your body.
The practice concludes with restorative postures guiding your body into a state of rest. Finally, a long Savasana invites you to surrender fully, accompanied by the soothing hues of the sunset and perhaps soft music or nature sounds.
This practice is perfect for creating a sense of calm, preparing both body and mind for a restful evening and peaceful sleep.
NOTE: For a more comfortable and relaxing session, participants are encouraged to bring mosquito repellent.
