Experience serene and introspective practice that focuses on long-held, passive poses and deep stretching, targeting connective tissues and joints. The emphasis is on surrendering into each pose, fostering flexibility, releasing tension, and promoting a meditative state. The practice aims to restore balance and cultivate mindfulness. We end the class with long 15 minute savasana (relaxation) accompanied by the sound of Tibetan Singing Bowls to magnify the benefits of the practice.
