This Healing Yoga session, invites you to focus much deeper.

Our LIVE participant, Kristen, asked me to help her to expand her body's openness and ability to go deeper. Before I started recording, I guided her with three key reminders to keep in mind as a mantra: 'focus - feel - go deeper,' which she found quite helpful, as she shares at the end. Though not mentioned in the recording, I encourage you to keep this in mind as you follow along.

During this condensed session, we target mainly the Gall Bladder meridian, which, when blocked, may cause discomfort in the jaw, neck, shoulders, waist, hips, or legs. I also mention how to breathe —inhaling through the nose with an open mouth. Wrapping up this session, we engage in the core-strengthening Monkey posture for a balanced and renewed foundation.
