Step into this gentle and wonderful Healing Yoga class, beginning with a ten-minute warm-up. Whether using a body buffer or body tapping, it primes us for what follows: a series of gentle leg warm-up exercises paving the way for a variety of balancing poses and exercises.
The class seamlessly integrates energy awareness practices, engaging participants in feeling and manipulating energy flow between their hands as well as throughout the body, while transitioning through different arm and leg positions.
Around the 55-minute mark, we transition to floor exercises, including a laying-down energy accumulation breathing pose.
