In this Special Healing Yoga class, we dive into the powerful world of acupressure, focusing on key points such as LI4, P6, CV 6, ST 36, SP6, K1, and LV 2 & 3.
As you gently stimulate these points, you can experience a range of benefits, from alleviating aches and pains to reducing fatigue. This session is designed to address concerns like bloating, gas, and digestive issues while simultaneously lowering stress levels and enhancing immune function.
The class concludes with a soothing activation of energy flow through intentional breath & movements from the chair, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and balanced.
LI4 (Hegu) Large Intestine Meridian Point: Relieves headache, boosts immunity.
P6 (Neiguan) Pericardium Meridian Point: Eases nausea, reduces anxiety.
CV 6 (Qihai) Conception Vessel Meridian Point: Strengthens digestion, reduces fatigue.
ST 36 (Zusanli) Stomach Meridian Point: Boosts energy, aids digestion.
SP6 (Sanyinjiao) Spleen Meridian Point: Balances hormones, relieves insomnia.
K1 (Yongquan) Kidneys Meridian: Grounds energy, reduces anxiety.
LV 2 & 3 (Xingjian, Taichong) Liver Meridian Point: Alleviates stress, improves digestion.
