Step into the transformative journey of Healing Yoga for Bladder & Kidneys Meridian Part 4!
We kick off this session with a 6 minute vitalizing warm-up featuring belly tapping to activate the 2nd chakra and stimulate the Ocean of Ki acupressure point, fostering the strengthening and recovery of Water Up, Fire Down energy circulation.
The entire class unfolds on the floor, with the first half dedicated to a series of exercises performed in a seated, wide-open legs position to activate the kidney's and bladder meridians, focusing on addressing inner leg and hip tightness more deeply.
Transitioning to the second half, participants engage in exercises on their back, aimed at alleviating tightness and enhancing mobility in the lower back, hips, glutes, and hamstrings.
The session concludes with one-leg-up breathing postures, fostering deep relaxation and an inner connection to the core.
