Welcome to our Saturday morning Healing Yoga class, a gentle routine designed to rejuvenate and restore.

Whether you're seeking a lovely start to your day or a gentle way to unwind, this class invites participants to join from standing or opt for chair modifications.

We begin by activating our second chakra with 300 counts of belly taps, activating our 2nd chakra, 'Ocean of Ki' acupressure point and restoring healthy energy circulation with the Water Up, Fire Down principle.

Throughout the class, expect a variety of gentle exercises aimed at activating energy flow within our meridians and chakras, releasing tension, improving circulation, and enhancing flexibility in areas like the shoulders, arms, back, neck, jaw, hips, legs, and sides, the session also includes abdominal exercises for improved gut health.

We conclude with the calming practice of box breathing, known for its benefits in reducing stress, promoting relaxation, and enhancing mental clarity.
