In this session, we focus on incorporating a variety of gentle exercises, including butterfly, leg shaking, toe tapping, ankle rotations, abdominal exercises, sciatica opening exercises, and the monkey pose, to promote healing, core activation and relaxation.
Throughout the class, you'll receive abundant coaching tips and guidance on how to modify or practice the exercises from sitting or lying down positions, ensuring accessibility for all levels of practitioners, needs and comfort.
We'll also focus on proper breathing techniques and cultivating a positive mindset, using affirmations such as "Thank you, my body, I love you, my body," to foster self-love and appreciation.
As we move through the practice, we'll incorporate an Energy Ball Meditation, sensitizing ourselves to feel energy and expanding our love and light beyond our inner space into the Universe.
This gentle yet deep practice leaves participants feeling more open, brighter, and lighter, with a renewed sense of well-being and connection.
