Enjoy this Mindful Meditation session dedicated to elevating our vibrational state through the power of gratitude.
We immerse ourselves in a 20-minute bowing practice, nurturing the energy of gratitude with each bow. Following this, we engage in body-opening exercises to prepare for a tranquil sitting meditation. To calm the mind, we practice a technique of counting down from 100.
The session culminates with a gentle body massage and the stimulation of two longevity acupressure points - Sp6 & K 1 (Spleen 6 & Kidney 1), enhancing our overall relaxation and vitality.
