In a harmonious atmosphere, we engage in 49 Sincere Bows, harmonizing our chakras to the soulful tune of "I am the Light of My Soul." These purifying bows offer a sacred connection to our inner selves while embracing the cleansing energy within.
Through purposeful opening exercises and a revitalizing Brain Tapping routine, we prepare ourselves for a serene seated meditation. Guided by a mindful body scan, we immerse ourselves in deep relaxation, surrendering to the present moment within our bodies.
Our meditation then blossoms into a heartwarming exchange of appreciation, unconditional love, peace, and radiant light with the Universe, nurturing our connection to the infinite.
During our sharing time, we address the challenges faced by a live participant, providing insights and alternative approaches for those experiencing difficulty sitting in a crossed leg position.
