The first 13 minutes are dedicated to grounding ourselves, setting intentions, and activating the flow of energy with Water Up, Fire Down principles. Through rhythmic tapping and gentle head movements, we release both mental and physical tension, preparing ourselves for deeper practice.

The heart of the session unfolds with a 20-minute Sincere Bowing Meditation, inviting positive vibrations and satisfaction into our lives with each sincere bow. Transitioning to sitting meditation, we guide the mind into a state of calmness and presence using the powerful technique of Box Breathing, enhancing mental clarity and control.

Immerse yourself in a guided sitting meditation, where you'll experience profound moments of letting go, presence, and connection, culminating in a sense of deep satisfaction.
As we conclude the session with a loving body massage, our LIVE participants share their experience, and additional tips on incorporating Box Breathing into your daily routine are offered.
