During our 20-minute, self-paced Sincere Bowing Meditation, each bow becomes a sacred invitation to connect with our deepest desires, allowing us to merge with the energies we seek.

Opening exercises prepare our bodies for the serenity of sitting meditation, where we delve even deeper into our center. This class offers a guided Belly Breathing meditation, guiding us to the tranquil Alpha state and facilitating a profound connection within ourselves. Through this practice, we recharge our energy and achieve a state of profound calmness.

As our session draws to a close, we offer a suggestion for a homework practice, empowering you to deepen your ability to relax and connect with your inner peace beyond the class.
