Welcome to our Mindful Meditation class, a serene journey designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. This session begins with a gentle 10-minute warm-up and intention-setting, where you are invited to reflect on guiding questions such as: "What is my intention?" "What do I want to get from this practice today?" "What am I inviting as a positive change into my life?" and "What do I want to feel by the end of this session?"
We encourage you to delve deeper into your practice today. The session continues with 49 bows, each bow aimed at purifying the seven chakras within our bodies—7 bows for each chakra (7x7 = 49). This Sincere Bowing Meditation concludes with three Chun-Ji-In (Heaven-Earth-Human) bows.
Following the opening exercises, participants are guided through a Sitting Meditation, which includes the 'Floating Arms' Ki meditation. We conclude the class with a period of self-reflection and sharing, allowing you to internalize and express your experience.
