In this session, we explore a unique version of Sincere Bowing Meditation, focusing on the feeling and movement of Ki energy. We begin by sensing Ki energy and transitioning slowly from position to position, which allows us to:
Enhance Sensitivity to Ki Energy: Deepen our awareness of Ki energy flow, fostering a stronger connection to our inner selves and our surroundings.
Heighten Mindfulness: Promote present-moment awareness and reduce stress through concentrated attention, leading to a more relaxed state.
Optimize Energy Flow: Improve overall vitality and well-being by harmonizing the Ki energy pathways, resulting in greater relaxation.
We then transition into a short sitting meditation, incorporating the mudra with the thumb and pointer finger connected. While practicing this mudra, we focus on abdominal breathing, which helps us:
Enhance Concentration: The mudra anchors our focus, allowing us to deepen our meditation experience.
Deepen Relaxation: Encourage relaxation into our bodies with each exhale while staying attuned to our internal energy.
Following the sitting meditation, we send energy to our eyes and rotate them in various directions, which aims to:
Improve Eye Health: Stimulate and revitalize the eye muscles, contributing to better eye function and visual clarity.
We conclude the session with a self-healing massage using activated Ki energy, which:
