This Healing Yoga session recording, starts with 10 minute warm up, dedicated to body buffing or tapping to set the tone before our official start of the class.
During a class we center on activating the 2nd and 4th chakras with focused belly tapping and an invigorating sequence of chest-opening and balancing exercises - both standing and seated.
Transitioning to the floor around the 48-minute mark, we delve deeper into hip and lower back opening such as a 'butterfly' and a 'happy seal' postures, alongside core activation to ground our energy.
The class culminates in the calming 4x4 breathing technique, offering benefits such as reducing stress, calming the nervous system, and promoting relaxation.
