Step into the next level of Healing Yoga for Bladder & Kidneys Meridian exploration with Part 2.
In this session, we delve deeper into the intricate roles and symptoms associated with the kidneys and bladder meridians, understanding their significance in our overall well-being.
Beginning with standing exercises, we tap along the bladder meridian, gently stimulating energy flow from the kidneys through the lower body. We then transition to rocking heels and toes, swinging arms, and swinging leg exercises to further activate these vital energy pathways.
Moving to the floor, we engage in ankle rotations, leg shaking, waist rotations, and acupressure on lower back bladder points using our own hands, promoting circulation and balance. We also explore the Myong-Mun (The Gate of Life) acupressure point breathing technique for enhanced vitality.
Laying down, we continue with chest raises, leg raises, chin to knees, and elbow-knee cross-reach exercises to strengthen core muscles and promote flexibility. We culminate with lower back bouncing to activate the 1st and 2nd chakras, followed by knee bouncing and relaxation in the empty pose.
Join us for this empowering practice, concluding with a moment of shared reflection from our live participants, as we journey towards greater balance and vitality in body and spirit.
