This Mindful Meditation class is carefully crafted to guide you into a state of profound presence and connection.
As we commence, we set the tone by emphasizing the significance of regular check-ins and reconnecting with ourselves throughout the day. The class begins with a gentle tapping sequence on the 7th, 6th, 4th, 2nd chakras, and Kidney 1 (K1) acupressure point, purifying and activating our energy centers.
Transitioning into the Sincere Bowing meditation of 21 bows, we cultivate an awareness of the presence of ki-energy, fostering a deep sense of connection within. Opening exercises precede our main focus in the sitting meditation session—connecting the energy line from the 7th to the 1st chakra, accumulating energy through belly breathing, and inviting profound relaxation and unconditional satisfaction.
