The final part of our Healing Yoga journey dedicated to the Bladder and Kidneys Meridian - Part 5.
In this session, the entire practice unfolds on the floor, placing a special emphasis on breathing postures.
We kick off with an introduction, a reminder, and a detailed exploration of the Bladder and Kidneys meridians as we track them on our own body.
The warm-up includes exercises geared towards preparing for the breathing postures, such as rolling back and vibration exercises that not only improve circulation but also set the stage for a mindful body scan during leg shaking and focused belly breathing.
Throughout the class, we introduce various breathing poses, executed from a laying down position, including one leg or both legs up, with enriching modifications for a personalized experience.
The session aims to activate the Bladder and Kidneys meridians while strengthening the 2nd chakra, contributing to overall balance and vitality.
