In this Healing Yoga class we journey from the floor, engaging in a holistic approach to wellness.

Beginning with Belly Button Healing, abdominal exercises, and belly tapping, we're reminded that "our health starts in the gut" (Socrates). This practice fosters improved digestion, stress reduction, enhanced energy flow, and better abdominal health.

As we delve deeper, the class incorporates the principle of Water Up, Fire Down, promoting balance and harmony within the body.

Upper body opening exercises release tension from the chest, upper back, and shoulders, while activating meridians running through the arms. Transitioning to the lower body, we address tension in the legs, hips, glutes, and lower back, alleviating neck, jaw, and head tension as well.

The session concludes with the restorative Child's Pose, fostering relaxation and grounding. Heart and core power connection, combined with intentional breathwork, leaves us deeply relaxed and satisfied.
