Through a series of guided floor exercises, with modifications available for seated position in chair, we embark on a journey to open the body and restore energetic equilibrium.
From belly tapping to targeted abdominal and hip-opening exercises, along with gentle leg massages and stimulation of key acupressure points such as St 36, Sp 6, and K1, we offer a comprehensive approach to wellness.
