Enjoy this transformative Energy Flow class where we harness the power of gentle movements, shaking, vibrating, and tapping to activate our energy flow and promote holistic well-being.
We'll begin by setting intentions during our warm-up, recentring ourselves by activating the energy of our core (2nd chakra - Dahnjon/Dantien), preparing our bodies and minds for the practice ahead.
In this session, we take some time for a gentle major joint opening exercises, preparing the body for the energetic journey ahead. Through shaking, vibrating, and tapping along the meridians and chakra points, we'll activate stagnant energy, release tension, and promote emotional catharsis.
As the energy begins to flow freely within us, we'll transition into an energy dance, allowing participants to move freely and expressively, guided by the rhythm of their own bodies. This dynamic movement practice encourages a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit, promoting mindfulness and inner harmony.
Finally, we'll conclude the session with a heart-centered meditation, connecting to our innermost selves and tapping into the profound sense of peace and tranquility within.
