In this rejuvenating Healing Yoga class, we embrace the nurturing support of the floor as we embark on a journey of emotional release and restoration.
We kickstart the session with a powerful chest opening tapping exercise accompanied by the soothing 'A' sound, a practice known to invigorate the heart chakra, enhance circulation, and promote emotional balance.
Transitioning to the lying-down position, we explore a variety of floor-based exercises tailored to promote holistic well-being. From the gentle bouncing of our knees and lower back to the calming rhythm of lower back rocking, legs shaking, and core-strengthening exercises, each movement serves to release tension, stimulate energy flow, and restore harmony to the body and mind.
After breathing postures that help us get even more in touch with our 2nd chakra and bring our energy down, we conclude our practice with a transition into a state of deep relaxation, guided by the gentle rhythm of belly breathing and a blissful body scan.
