Body Buffing, Belly Button Healing, and Feet Up Against the Wall!
In this rejuvenating Healing Yoga session, we focus on three transformative practices: Body Buffing, Belly Button Healing, and Feet Up Against the Wall exercises.
Each technique was carefully chosen to promote holistic well-being, addressing both physical and energetic health.
* For those who don’t have access to a buffer or wand, modifications were provided to ensure everyone could fully participate and benefit from the class.
Body Buffing:
We began with Body Buffing using the BFF Miracle Pro, harnessing high-frequency vibrations to invigorate our bodies. The main benefits of this practice include:
Improved Circulation: Enhanced blood flow to muscles for better oxygen and nutrient delivery.
Muscle Relaxation: Relief from muscle tension and soreness, promoting faster recovery.

While this position is excellent for relaxation and tension release, it also involves positioning the feet up against the wall and allowing the legs to open, utilizing gravity to deepen the stretch. The main benefits of this practice include:

Muscle Relaxation: Eases tension in the lower back, hamstrings, and calves.
