This session begins by addressing the correct way of tapping to activate the second chakra and Qi Hae (Ocean of Energy) or Qi Hai (Sea of Qi) in traditional Chinese medicine.
The benefits of activating this acupressure point as well as 2nd chakra include:
Boosting energy levels
Alleviating fatigue
Enhancing vitality
Supporting digestive health
Strengthening the immune system
Improving circulation
Balancing the body's qi (life energy)
This class offers a unique blend of gentle opening exercises, both standing and on the floor, designed to open the upper and lower body's meridians and joints. Participants experience profound relief of tension through targeted shoulder exercises, as well as opening of the waist, lower back, hips, sides, and legs.
We then explore playful variations of the 'monkey pose' to strengthen our core muscles. The session concludes with connection to our heart center to re-connect to inner peace and well-being, reminding us to prioritize how we feel above all else.
During the sharing time, reminder to utilize the resources of our Health & Wellness Library, especially when practitioners are unable to attend LIVE sessions and creating time in our schedules for self-care is also mentioned.
May you leave this class feeling balanced, revitalized, and deeply connected to your inner peace and well-being.
